Came in about 3 weeks to have my oil and battery changed. After 1 hour+, they said everything is all good and charged me.
Today, my car battery died and I find out that they did not replace the battery and kept the old one in. I had to move my car and jump it then drive all the way back. They said that they had a "random" battery sitting that they were confused about and decided it was best to wait until someone showed up to pick it up.

We had a great experience buying a new truck from Cameron Watts at Crown Motors. Easy to deal with, no pressure and we got the deal done rather quickly.
On September 4th 2024 we had an issue with the DEF system of our 2917 Ram. We were heading south on I-5 from Oregon to the Bay area. When we called Crown motors they said to bring it in for a quick diagnostic. They were able to read the codes, diagnosed the problem, and get the needed part on it's way. We needed to continue our trip, so Crown drive me to a car rental agency.
The truck was repaired by the next day (Saturday) and completely covered under warranty.

I have worked with Crown Motors for 20 years. I have bought cars, service and a lot of parts. Yesterday, I went in for warranty work on my new Ram 2500 and was shocked that I was asked to approve $800 for 4 items just in case the diagnostic wasn't warranty. I think one of those was a recall and they still wanted the pre-approved money. 2 items were a second attempt to repair from new from another dealer. I switched to crown hoping for a better result.

When my Honda Pilot needed a factory recall, I tried Crown Motors.
From my first call then visit they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable and thorough.
Since the recall would take most of the day they arranged a ride home and back for me!
The work was done well.
I recently needed a 55K mile service done.
I called Crown - same experience. Answered all my questions, went over the estimate/service and scheduled my appointment.
